Shipping and Returns
A Customer Service Representative must
authorize all returns and issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise
Authorization). The following information should be available:
1. Reason for return
2. Product model number and quantity
3. Customer name and copy of sales order or invoice
Eligibility
1.
Requests for returns due to customer error will only be accepted 30
days after original shipment date (a 40% or more restocking fee will be
charged).
2. Merchandise must be properly packaged in the original
shipping carton, if possible, to avoid freight damage. Credit will not
be given for items damaged due to improper packaging or freight damage.
3.
Customers must obtain an RMA number from a Surmmit Surgical
Technologies representative and display this number on the outside of
the package.
4. Summit Surgical Technologies reserves the right to
determine in its sole discretion whether an item will be accepted: as a
warranty return, for quality issues, or as damaged goods.

Summit Surgical Technologies takes pride to making sure that you not only receive the best products for great price, but we also want to make sure you receive the best shipping cost available. We supply several manufacture products that due to their size and weight they need to be delivered via Freight.

With all freight items, our shipping department will need a couple of questions answered to better serve you.
1.Does the facility receiving the freight item have a shipping dock? A lift-gate is required if a dock is not present. (Additional cost is required for lift gate)
2.Is Full service delivery required? This includes inside delivery to the room with trash removal. (Additional cost is require)
